May 2012: Opening of Tapas On The Bay and the Reopening of Lil' Chef!

The Management of Big Chef is excited to announce that Tapas on the Bay will finally open on May 24th, serving a delectable selection of food and drinks on the waterfront behind Big Chef. Tapas will be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, and Lil' Chef will reopen at the same venue on Sunday mornings serving the same fantastic menu that made it such a hit in 2010, plus a few new additions!

Jan 2012: New Menus, Big Chef departs Ti Bananne, Lil' Chef set to reopen!

Effective February 1st, 2012, the Big Chef management team will cease to operate the Ti Bananne restaurant at Coco Resorts, focusing their efforts on the flagship Big Chef Steakhouse and the highly anticipated return of Lil' Chef.

Lil' Chef was an instant hit when it opened its doors in 2010, and the new venue, to be announced soon, promises to be even better, offering the absolute best in all-day breakfast and light snacks. Be sure to check out our website and Facebook page for news on the reopening!

Oct 2011: New entertainment schedule announced for Big Chef Steakhouse!

Diners at Big Chef Steakhouse in Rodney Bay will now be treated to the smooth sounds of David Elwin and Boo Hinkson as the perfect complement to the world-renowned steaks and seafood. Elwin, a well-known local guitarist will perform every Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 and Boo Hinkson, possibly the most successful St. Lucian musician of all time, will play each and every Saturday from 8:30.
